Full Circle Tai Chi
Welcome to Full Circle School of Tai Chi. At the school we teach the original Yang Style long form
Tai Chi (108 postures), as well as the Chinese healing practice of Qigong (chi-gong) and Taoist
meditation.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art when practiced is a unique internal practice for health
and relaxation. Tai Chi is an excellent form of practice for people of all ages. It has been shown
to improve one's overall health by removing blockages of qi (chi) - life energy within the body. Tai
Chi strengthens and balances the internal organs, conditions the whole body, increases flexibility
and improves balance.
Our goal at Full Circle Tai Chi is to help others improve their lives and fitness by introducing
them to this very special ancient art.
